Buffalo Boat Tours
Terms of service
These terms describe the customer-facing rules for using the Buffalo Boat Tours website and planning a public cruise or private charter. The live booking flow may include additional terms for a specific departure.
Bookings and payment
Public cruise reservations are completed through the booking provider linked from this website. Review the departure date, time, guest types, price, inclusions, and provider terms before completing payment.
Weather and safety
Cruises operate rain or shine unless the captain cancels for safety. The captain's decision governs whether a vessel can depart. Guests must follow crew instructions and may not bring prohibited items aboard.
Cancellations
Public-cruise reservations are non-refundable, but may be rebooked when notice is given at least 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are not eligible for rebooking or credit. Private charters may be canceled without charge up to 30 days before the event; cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled.
Guest conduct
Smoking, vaping, marijuana, illegal drugs, outside food and beverages, coolers, large duffle bags, and large tote bags are prohibited. Service animals are allowed. Pets and emotional-support animals are not allowed.
Accessibility
Harbor Queen and Big Kahuna are described as wheelchair friendly with an accessible gangway and ramps, though marine bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible. Spirit of Buffalo is not wheelchair accessible because of its sloped top deck and narrow stairway to the bathroom. Contact Buffalo Boat Tours before booking if you need assistance.
Private events
Private charter proposals, catering, bar packages, and gratuities are handled separately from public cruise tickets. Charter availability and any final agreement are confirmed by Buffalo Boat Tours in writing.
